The Grays Harbor Energy Facility has submitted a request to amend their Title V Air Operating Permit. The permit and technical support document (TSD) are open for public comment. After the public comment closes, the permit will go to the EPA for review.
The public comment period will be open from May 20, 2024 8:00am through June 20, 2024 11:59pm PST.
